TK Array was founded with an inspiring mission to empower First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities by providing a truly community-centered option for technical consultation, science-based data collection, and project development! We recognize the invaluable Traditional Knowledge of Indigenous Peoples, which is often taken without proper acknowledgment or benefits returned to the communities that shared it.

At TK Array, we champion a policy that ensures Community Knowledge remains in the hands of the community! We are dedicated to meeting the needs of our partners with exceptional standards for project development and data collection, management, and reporting. Our commitment shines through in our goal: we measure our success by how well we equip our partners with the tools to carry their projects forward independently. And while we empower communities to thrive on their own, we are always ready and eager to lend our support whenever it's needed! Let's create a brighter future together!

  • COO/Environmental Forester

A results-driven professional with extensive expertise in forestry management, environmental conservation, and organizational leadership, this dual role integrates technical proficiency in sustainable resource management with strategic operational oversight. As an Environmental Forester, I specialize in developing and implementing forest management plans that prioritize ecological sustainability, wildlife conservation, watershed protection, and cultural heritage preservation. Leveraging advanced tools such as ArcGIS Pro and LiDAR, I design efficient block and road layouts while conducting comprehensive ecological assessments to ensure minimal environmental impact. My role involves overseeing fire salvage projects, reforestation initiatives, and harvest designs, while ensuring compliance with environmental legislation and operational ground rules. By collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and Indigenous communities, I align forestry practices with ecological and cultural values, fostering partnerships that drive sustainable outcomes.

As Chief Operating Officer, I excel in optimizing organizational performance through strategic planning, efficient resource allocation, and cross-functional team leadership. I oversee daily operations, implement policies and systems to enhance efficiency, and develop budgets and financial forecasts to support long-term goals. By monitoring key performance indicators and identifying opportunities for innovation, I drive operational effectiveness and align organizational objectives with broader strategic priorities. My leadership fosters a culture of excellence, sustainability, and collaboration, ensuring seamless communication between executive leadership and operational teams.

With a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of Alberta and a Registered Professional Forester (RPF) designation, I bring a solid foundation in forestry science and management.
