TK Array Participates in the 2026 CIF-IFC National Conference

TK Array Lands Corp. joined the forestry community at the 2026 CIF-IFC National Conference and 118th Annual General Meeting, held September 27–29 at the Edmonton Convention Centre. Bolutito Adedoyin, RPF, Austin Kamstra, RPFT, and Anna Munson, RPF, represented the TK Array team.

Hosted by the Canadian Institute of Forestry / Institut forestier du Canada in collaboration with its Rocky Mountain Section, the conference centred on the theme “Leading From Where We Are For A Brighter Future.” Its focus on leadership, research, professional development and collaboration provided a setting for forestry professionals to exchange ideas and learn from one another.

Sharing research on white spruce drought tolerance

A highlight for TK Array was Bolutito’s participation in the September 28 Poster Symposium, where she presented research from her master’s capstone study in forestry at the University of Alberta.

Her poster, “Drought Tolerance of White Spruce Populations Across Canada, Inferred From Carbon Isotope Analysis,” examined drought tolerance among white spruce populations using carbon isotope analysis. The conference program also recognizes University of Alberta researchers Uwe Hacke and Andreas Hamann as contributors.

The symposium gave presenters a forum to share their work and discuss research with conference delegates and fellow researchers. For TK Array, seeing Bolutito bring her academic work to this national gathering was an occasion to celebrate the knowledge and dedication she contributes to the team.

Supporting learning and professional growth

Participation in the conference reflects TK Array’s commitment to continued learning and connections within the forestry profession. Supporting team members as they share research and develop their expertise is part of building the skills that inform our environmental and land stewardship work.

Congratulations to Bolutito on her poster presentation, and thank you to the CIF-IFC and Rocky Mountain Section for bringing the forestry community together in Edmonton.
